VEGAN HOT FUDGE

Hitting you with a super easy hot fudge recipe today.

This guy is three ingredients, delicious AF and ready in just a couple minutes.

How can you go wrong?!

Only by not making it, of course. 🤪

This recipe is great on ice cream (duh!), smothered on baked goods, used in cocktails and eaten by the spoonful.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Heavy bottomed sauce pan

  • Silicon spatula

  • Whisk

  • Airtight glass jar

FOR INGREDIENTS

  • Vegan butter - I like Miyoko's because the ingredient list is good

  • Sweetened condensed coconut milk - THIS is the brand I use and I get it at Walmart

  • 3 ounces chocolate - one bar of Chocolove 55% chocolate bar, or whatever you have

Melt the butter in a heavy bottomed saucepan on low.

Once melted, add the condensed milk and chopped chocolate.

Whisk constantly until chocolate is melted, smooth and fully combined.

Take off heat, give it another stir and enjoy immediately or store in an airtight glass jar for two weeks in the fridge.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 cup vegan butter

  • 1 (11.6oz) can sweetened condensed coconut milk, I get mine at Walmart in the baking section

  • 3 ounces chocolate - one bar of Chocolove 55% chocolate, or whatever you have on hand

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a heavy bottomed saucepan on low heat, melt the butter.

  2. Add condensed milk and chopped chocolate. Stir constantly (on low) using a whisk to make sure the chocolate doesn't burn.

  3. Once the chocolate is melted, smooth and fully combined, take off the heat, give it one last stir and enjoy immediately or store in an airtight glass jar in the fridge.

NOTES

  • To warm your hot fudge, bath in a bowl of hot water.

  • Will keep in the fridge for two weeks.

There you have it, friends.

Another recipe easily made dairy free without compromising the taste or quality.

I highly recommend this one.
