LEMON BLUEBERRY COLLAGEN SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 lemon, zest and juice

  • 1/2 frozen banana

  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries

  • 1 tablespoon flax meal

  • 2 dates

  • one scoop (4 tablespoons) vital proteins lemon collagen

  • 1/2 cup ice

  • 1 cup water (more or less for your desired consistency)

  • optional - chia pudding smashed to the sides of the glass (4 tablespoons chia seeds, 1 cup milk of your choice, 1 tablespoon maple syrup, 1 teaspoon vanilla)


DIRECTIONS

  1. If you want to make it fancy with the chia pudding, make this first. It will make more than enough for many leftovers. Once it is set, use the back side of a spoon to smash it across the inside of the glass.

  2. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and mix until fully blended.

  3. Pour over chia in a fancy glass and enjoy!
