I love food. I love to cook it. I love to eat it. I love to share it. 

When I adopted the holistic lifestyle, the first thing I did was radically change my diet. 

I went from the typical SAD diet (Standard American Diet - isn't that abbreviation sad; a true representation of what we allow to be called food here in the US) to a fully whole food, plant based diet.

Here are some of my favorite plant-based cookbooks that got me by and helped me to make sure I was getting all the nutrients while still enjoying my food. As well as some conventional cookbooks to inspire you to create your own version of a healthy meal.
